Every morning this woman and her dog walking employees come to Central Park near the Pool and let their dogs loose. This one swam around chasing waterfowl for a good fifteen minutes on Friday, May 26th. I told the woman on Thursday when two of her huskies were running down the waterfall that it was a Federal crime to allow her dogs to harass waterfowl. She works for a dog walking company. When I learn more I will publish the info on my blog.
